TechSmart^® Spring 2013 Line Expansion

Standard Motor Products, Inc. announced its second TechSmart^® line expansion for 2013. TechSmart^® has added 44 new premium parts covering more than 85 million VIO to its growing line of engine control products.

The full-color Spring 2013 New Parts Guide featuring these additions will be distributed as a tip-in insert in several national automotive trade publications.

Featured in this release are additions to several key categories including OE matching Keyless Entry Transmitters and VVT Solenoids for Ford and Hyundai vehicles. TechSmart^® has also added two new complete Distributor Assemblies for GM 5.0/5.7L V8s and 4.3L V6s.

These TechSmart^® distributors are manufactured in SMP’s Greenville, South Carolina plant and offer significant features including a high-dielectric strength and improved gear design.These parts are so well engineered they’ve been awarded SAE J1171 certification for use in marine applications.

TechSmart^® products will continue to complement our basic SMP^® core business.
