ACI Automotive is a pioneer in the development of window lift products and windshield washer pumps for the automotive aftermarket. Our ACI® brand provides a full line of washer pumps, window lift motors, window regulators, window switches and door lock actuators.
As an SMP facility, our ACI Automotive division is ISO/TS 16949:2002 registered for the design and manufacture of windshield washer pumps and window lift motors for the OE automotive industry. Additionally, we maintain ISO9001:2000 and ISO14001:2004 registrations for all ACI® manufactured products. These registrations demonstrate how SMP, through our ACI® Automotive division, continues to uphold our commitment to improved quality, reduced cost and on-time delivery.
Although TS16949 compliance is a necessity for the OE side of the business, we operate with these base requirements for all ACI® market segments ensuring that processes are documented, measured and followed. We monitor the effectiveness of all system processes through plant metrics that give the ACI Team access to all the latest data.
Additional capabilities include design to customer parameters using existing and new tooling, equipment and practices. Other processes include press operations, machining, assembly and packaging.
