SMP Acquires Assets of MK Company Ltd.

Standard Motor Products has acquired the assets of MK Company Ltd., a plastic injection molder in London, Ontario.

Founded in 1980 as a family-run business, MK Company has supplied Unimotor, a division of Standard Motor Products, Inc., with plastic components for the past 25 years. MK Company is now part of Unimotor in St. Thomas, Ontario, and will be known as the Unimotor Plastics Department.
