SMP^® OE/OES Division Wins Power Solution International Award

Standard Motor Products OE/OES has been presented with one of three annual awards issued by Power Solutions International (PSI). The Cost Improvement Award was presented in recognition of SMP’s OE/OES division’s success at being able to supply a quality product at a competitive price; providing PSI with a High Voltage Switch (distributor).

The Award is a culmination of three years of partnership with our customer during which we developed and offered several new products such as the Ignition Coil / Module bracket assembly, Fuel Rail Assemblies and the HVS. The OE/OES group leveraged SMP^® core competencies and product experience of our Greenville facility.

PSI provides complete engine solutions to original equipment manufacturers in the industrial, construction, agricultural, and on-road markets and offers a complete line of fuel-flexible, low-emission engines. Customers include CAT, Kohler, John Deere, Spartan, and DuraStar.
